Cheesy Ranch Dressing:
Lower Fat Plus Still Good To Eat

Cheesy ranch dressing has all the flavor of the original without all the fats, carbohydrates and the calories. You can therefore use a little more for the same amount of calories or cut back and "bank" those calories for your current weight loss program. Either way, you are still the winner against the standard bottled dressing from your local store.

Ingredients

10 servings - 2 T./serving = 25 caloriesThis recipe has a greater taste if allowed to sit at least 4-6 hours before use for flavors to blend well.

  • 1 cup non-fat cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup skim milk
  • 2 tsp. low sodium worcestershire sauce
  • 1 T. powdered ranch dressing (from a packet)

Mix all the ingredients together in a blender for 2-3 minutes. Pour into a tightly sealed container and refrigerate until serving.
