Chocolate Mousse
Chocolate Mousse when you are on a sugarfree diet- you bet! Just make a few simple substitutions with some of the ingredients and it is now perfectly safe for the diabetic diet. Ingredients- 1 1/2 cups cold skim milk
- 1 small package sugarfree instant chocolate pudding
- 1 1/2 cups thawed sugarfree Cool Whip
- 1/4 cup fresh raspberries, for garnish (optional)
Pour milk into a large bowl and add pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 1-2 minutes. Stir in one cup of the whipped topping until well combined.Spoon into dessert cups. Refrigerate until serving. Garnish with the remaining whipped topping and fresh raspberries. Makes 5 servings.
