Chocolate Peanut Butter Parfait

Chocolate peanut butter parfaits are a very close second in taste to the peanut butter meltaway from your local chocolate confectionery store. If you happen to think chocolate and peanut butter together are "to die for", this one is for you.

Ingredients

  • 2 T. skim milk
  • 2 T. peanut butter
  • 1 cup sugarfree thawed Cool Whip
  • 2 cups cold skim milk
  • 1 pkg. sugarfree chocolate instant pudding and pie filling (4 oz size)

Stir together the 2 T. skim milk and peanut butter in a small bowl. Add the thawed cool whip, stir well.
Pour 2 cups of milk into a large bowl. Add the box of pudding mix. Beat with a wire whisk 2 minutes. Spoon pudding into a tall parfait glass at a depth of approximately 1". Alternate with 1" of cool whip mixture. Alternate 3 rows of chocolate to 2 rows of peanut butter/topping mixture. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving. Top with additional sugarfree cool whip if desired.
