Creamy Iced Tea:
An Ideal Thirst Quencher

Creamy iced tea is the perfect beverage for those hot summer days when your body craves something a little bit different. The flavor and taste can be changed with every glass just by picking a new seasonal fruit favorite. For the best flavor, serve over the "rocks" to allow your body the greatest chance of cooling relief.

Ingredients

6 servings- 1 calorie per serving

  • 6 tea bags
  • 3 cups boiling water
  • 28 ozs. sugarfree club soda
  • Fruit for garnish

Steep the tea bags in boiling water for 4 minutes (leave in 1 to 2 minutes longer if you like strong tea). Remove tea bags and pour the tea into a large container.

To serve, add the entire 28 ozs of club soda, stir and serve in 8 oz. glasses over ice. Garnish with your favorite fruit.
