Staying Current On New Developments And Customer Reviews
Many times conflicting information is handed out in the field of medicine. One group believes this, another study can refute those results and instead point to an alternative theory. All of this information often makes it into the news media and we, the patients, have no idea what we are supposed to be doing. But trial and error from the general populace is often the most irrefutable piece of evidence there is in any branch of medicine. Doctors and researchers can squabble back and forth continuously, but when enough experienced patients say it works - then it probably works. This "game" is continuously being fought out between the conventional medicine community and alternative therapy programs. And yet, each side has their believers, and non-believers. But we are the patients. We have to analyze the pros and cons and make our own decisions whether we believe there may be merit in a particular therapy program. We aren't driven by the amount of money the pharmaceutical industry is going to make if we use their drug. Nor do we have to prove a plant that is supposed to be toxic at high concentrations can actually work at minute concentrations. So on this page, I give you options and ideas. I would like it if anyone else which has a comment, an opinion, an experience or story which has affected them would like to join in with their story. Some of this information will be common sense information to guide you through the disease of diabetes. Some, just suggestions which may or may not help in your situation. We are all different, so each and every therapy can affect us all differently also. The pharmaceutical industry, I believe, can't seem to figure that comment out. The alternative (holistic) community knows this comment to be a fact. I myself am not ashamed to say, this is why I prefer holistic medicine. But remember, holistic medicine can not cure everything also. Conventional medicine is an absolute must for many situations which alternative medicine will falter with. Keeping an open mind, educate yourself on both sides opinions and beliefs and then make the decision which is best for you.
Have A Great Story About This Topic?
Some of us get tired of the rules and regimen of being a long-term diabetic. Newly diagnosed patients often don't understand the fuss.
Sure, being a diabetic can be inconvenient, (many say I would love to be able to sleep through the entire night again - you know, forget all these bathroom trips.) But to become fatal. None of these symptoms are fatal. And yet, the symptoms develop so slowly many can't figure out anything is actually happening. Problems might take a decade or more. And by then, sometimes the problem has now become irreversible. It's too late.
You needed to care more and pay more attention to the little details about 10 years ago and more.

Can you help someone with their problem? Have you had this situation before in your family and you found a way out?
So much of medicine is trial and error. But remember, ALWAYS consult your doctor before making any kind of changes to your treatment plan. What works for one person might not be advisable for another. Stay safe - let your doctor make that decision.
If you truly wanted to try it and they say No - ask them why they are against it and see if a compromise could be reached.
