All naturally sweetened diabetic drink recipes often do not need to rely on any added sweetener because many fresh fruits and some vegetables are already sweetened by mother nature. Uncommonly Good Diabetic Drink RecipesThe New Bugs Bunny Delight Ingredients - 3 cups unsweetened pineapple juice
- 2 large carrots, cut into slivers
- 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 cup fat free plain yogurt
- 1 1/2 cups crushed ice
Place the pineapple juice and carrots in blender and liquefy. Add the rest of the ingredients and pulse until totally blended. Serve immediately. Yummy Orange Frosty Ingredients - 1 6oz can frozen unsweetened orange juice- do not dilute
- 2 1/4 cup skim milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 drop liquid stevia
- 1/2 cup crushed ice
Combine all ingredients in the blender and mix until smooth. Serve immediately. Frosty Strawberry Delight Ingredients 2 1/2 cups fresh ripe strawberries, stemmed8 oz container vanilla fat free frozen yogurt1 cup skim milk1/2 cup sugarfree red soda ( strawberry or cherry flavor)1 drop liquid steviaCombine the first three ingredients in blender until smooth. Slowly stir in the red soda. Serve immediately. Banana Fruit Frost Ingredients - 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 3/4 cup non-dairy creamer
- 3/4 cup ice water
- 1 tsp. all fruit jelly or jam, flavor of your choice
- 2 T. instant sugarfree lemon pudding
Add all ingredients to blender and mix until smooth. Let stand one minute for pudding to thicken. And probably the easiest of all diabetic drink recipes starts with good old tap water from your kitchen faucet with an installed filtering system to offer good "new" tap water. Add your favorites such as a splash of fresh fruit (microwave your fresh fruit for 15 seconds first , it yields twice as much fresh juice by using this simple trick), mashed or your favorite tea or coffee blend.
