Dip-Pee Dilly:
Raw Veggies All Dressed Up

Dip-Pee Dilly takes some ho-hum veggies and turns it into a real taste treat. Serve from up for the family gathering, an office bash or just as simple as your own lunch. Anyway you serve it, you will keep them coming back for more!

Ingredients

16 servings= 1 T. free foods= 11 calories/ Tblsp.

  • 6 oz non-fat plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup fat free mayonnaise
  • 1 T. minced onion (or use dried onions from a bottle)
  • 1 tsp. celery salt
  • 1 T. dried dill weed
  • 1 T. parsley flakes
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Combine everything into one bowl. Stir well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to blend flavors.
