Easy Bake Salmon

Many people enjoy a good cut of many types of fish but they have no idea how to cook it. Easy Bake Salmon is one of those good for you and good to eat too recipes. It tastes like something you may be served at a seafood restaurant and you just wish you could figure out how to cook it at home.

Ingredients

  • 1 (approx. 1/2 pound) skinless salmon fillet
  • 2 T. stoneground mustard
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/4 cup low fat mayonnaise
  • lemon wedge as garnish

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

Rinse fresh fillet and pat dry. Very lightly grease or spray an oven baking dish and add fillet. Spread with mustard. Add salt and pepper. Spread mayonnaise over top.

Bake 20 to 30 minutes (time depends on size of fillet and thickness) until fish turns an opaque white and flakes very easily with a fork. Garnish with lemon wedge.
