Everyday Salad Dressing

Everyday Diabetic Health

Everyday salad dressing is an easy way to make that raw foods salad, which is so good for your diabetic health, actually stay that way. The downfall of many people when having a salad is loading it up with a lot of high-fat selections of salad dressings.

This version of a healthy Italian mix is actually good for you and good-tasting too.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup flax oil
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 package Good Seasonings dry powder dressing mix (or use any other you prefer)
  • 1 tsp liquid lecithin

Combine everything in a lidded container and shake well to mix ingredients. Store refrigerated. Shake before each use.
