Fruit Dip
Seasonal fruits, or a quick trip to the local market, makes this easy and quick fruit dip a must for a light end to a perfect meal. Add some low glycemic fruit selections for a sweet treat without the blood sugar rush common with many types of fruit.
Servings 6
- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 cup no fat, no sugar vanilla yogurt
- additional fruit of choice for dipping
Wash and trim strawberries, chop fine. Mix all ingredients together. Chill.
Tips: If you prefer a sweeter dip, add one packet of Splenda or other non-caloric dip and stir to combine.
