Fruit Juice Smoothie
A Fruit Juice Smoothie can be eaten every day in any way without the boredom of the "same old thing again" settling in. This is because you change the flavor by just changing the type of fruit you use. Ingredients- I cup unsweetened pineapple juice
- 1 cup vanilla low fat yogurt or frozen yogurt
- 1 cup unsweetened strawberries
- 2 ripe medium bananas, peeled and sliced
Add everything to a blender or food processor container. Blend until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately. Makes 2 servings.
