Fruit Smoothie Dip

Fruit smoothie dip tastes like its got to be full of sugar but its not. A combination of sweet and juicy citrus fruits adds just the right amount of sweet and tartness to make your taste buds open wide and take notice.

Ingredients

  • 6 oz container fat-free vanilla yogurt
  • 2 oz fat-free cream cheese, softened
  • 4 oz can crushed pineapple in its own juice, well drained
  • 1/2 tsp. orange zest
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • assorted fruit chunks of your choice

In a medium bowl, beat together the yogurt and cream cheese until smooth and creamy with an electric mixer. Add the Add the pineapple, orange zest and vanilla and stir with a spoon until well combined. Serve with assorted fresh fruits. Makes 8 servings at 2 tablespoons of dip per person.
