Grilled Chicken With Vegetable Bake
Grilled chicken with vegetable bake brings you all the flavor of your outdoor grill but with the ease of just making it in the oven. Pre-cook a few ingredients, combine them all in foil and place on your grill for less than 30 minutes and a full course entree is done.
Ingredients4 servings = 1 cup =284 calories/serving - 1 lb. precooked chicken breasts, cut into pieces
- assortment of fresh vegetables of your choice, trimmed, chopped or diced as needed- choose from some favorites like carrots (diced small), potatoes, celery, cauliflower, broccoli, zucchini, onion, green pepper etc.
- garlic or onion salt and pepper to taste
- 2 T. olive oil
Place your assortment of preferred vegetables on top of the shiny side of a sheet of aluminum foil. Top with the cooked chicken. Drizzle with olive oil,add spices and bring up ends of foil and seal everything inside in a pocket. Place on a outdoor grill, covered and cook for 20-25 minutes
