Ice Cream Float

An ice cream float is not off the menu just because you happen to need to reduce your intake of sugar. You just have to be a little more careful what type of ingredients you use. With some quick substitutions, you will never even know its not a malt shop original.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sugarfree ice cream or flavor of your choice
  • 2-3 fresh strawberries, 1/2 banana or fruit of your choice, peeled, skinned and sliced
  • 1 cup 1% milk
  • 2 ice cubes

Scoop ice cream and fruit into blender or food processor. Add milk and ice cubes. Process until smooth.
