Mini Turkey Meatballs:
A Tangy and Tasty Treat

A party food favorite, mini turkey meatballs, goes together quickly and easily. Make plenty, because they don't last very long.You can even spice them up or dress them down by adding an assortment of your favorite sauces or spices. Get inventive and try many combinations to find your absolute best!

Ingredients

10 servings-2 meatballs per serving= 61 calories

  • 2 T. low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 lb extra lean ground turkey
  • Non stick cooking spray

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine the soy sauce, water, garlic and nutmeg in a small bowl.Add the ground turkey and mix thoroughly.

Form into 1" balls and transfer to a lightly sprayed cookie sheet. Bake uncovered for 15 minutes. Keep warm in a heated tray or a crock pot. Serve with toothpicks.
