Salmon Party Dip

Salmon Party Dip makes an excellent nutritious dip, that still tastes like junk food. It can't get any better when its good for you and good tasting too!

Ingredients

  • 16 oz. can salmon
  • 8 oz softened cream cheese
  • 1 T. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp.grated onion
  • 1 tsp prepared horseradish
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 3 T. snipped parsley

Drain and flake the salmon. In a small bowl, combine the first six ingredients. Mix well.Place in a serving bowl and chill salmon mixture for several hours.

At serving time, chop pecans and mix with parsley, sprinkle on the top for serving.

Serving Suggestions: serve with your choice of toast points, whole wheat crackers, pita triangles, or a fresh vegetable tray
