So if you have a specific allergen in mind, instead of searching through all those pages to find the ones that mention the word "gluten", enter the word "gluten" (with no quotes) into this search box and click Search.

The Diabetes section works the exact same way. Maybe you want to learn about carbohydrates in a diabetic diet, or maybe its how can I safely eat oatmeal, or what's wrong with my feet etc.. Whatever you are trying to learn, give a brief description in the Search box and then click Search.
