Sugar Free Trail Mix: Yummy on the Go
For a quick snack or an easy on-the-go treat, mix up a quick batch of sugar free trail mix to take along with you to work or school to prevent hitting the machines for junk food. Actually by adding any ingredients which are your favorites, this blend can be customized any way you like it. Just remember though, your choices must be sugar free also. Ingredients - 2 cups bran cereal,regular Cheerios, or natural cereal of your choice
- 1-2 oz. peanuts (approx. 20-40 peanuts) or nuts of your choice
- 2 oz. sesame, pumpkin or sunflower seeds
- 2 oz. dried fruit
Toss any combination of the cereal, nuts and fruits into a bag. Shake well. Makes 4 servings.
