Tuna Curry Salad
Tuna curry salad is just a slight different twist on an ever-popular favorite! For an even more different change, after stuffing your sandwich roll, wrap the sandwich in a paper towel and microwave for approximately 20 seconds. Um-Um Good! Ingredients- 1 can (12 oz) tuna packed in water, drained
- 1/3 cup finely chopped celery
- 4 oz plain nonfat yogurt
- 1/2 tsp. curry powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. ground ginger
- dash red pepper flakes (optional)
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Stir well. Chill for at least one hour for flavors to blend.
To serve: serve over lettuce leaves or fill a whole wheat bun with salad and top with lettuce. Makes 4 servings.
